| 职位描述: | VP KEY JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Lead product developing and engineering team to conduct optical transceiver NPI (New product Introduction) transfer • Acting as product developing and engineering lead, work with global design/operation team to define/drive NPI deliverables, i.e. 1.Support team to define design from DFx point of view; 2.Define/update BOM, process/test document, WI 3.Escort the pilot build to validate the manufacturability 4.Define the test system, test methodology for production test 5.Responsible for data analysis and refine the test specification to ensure test yield with high confidence level; 6.Drive yield improvement and test time reduction at DVT and MVT phase 7.Lead the failure analysis activities in NPI phase and implement the corrective actions for yield improvement and risk mitigation •Conduct training to PD&PE and transferring products to manufacturing facilities; •Coach the PD&PE team and bring up new generation engineers • Manage product developing and engineering resources, prioritize NPI deliverables and support to operation |
