| 职位描述: | 主要职责(Key Responsibilities): • 负责公司相关光学产品的测试； Responsible for optical product test. • 与设计团队配合制定产品测试策略和测试方案； Work with design team to define product test strategy and methodology. • 负责光学芯片、器件和模块测试系统的开发、维护与改进； Responsible for optical chip, component and module test system developing, maintenance and optimization. • 主导NPI阶段的产品失效分析，成品率提升和风险控制； Lead the failure analysis activities in NPI phase and implement the corrective actions for yield improvement and risk mitigation. • 参与公司产品的客户交付工作，并跟踪相关问题； Participate in customer product delivery, and follow up the related optical problem. 岗位要求 (Qualification): • 光学、物理、通信等相关专业本科以上学历； Bachelor degree or above in optics, physics and communication related. • 光通讯相关领域3年以上工作经验，有光通信器件或模块测试经验者优先； 3+ years work experiences in optical communication；experiences in optical component or module test preferred; • 熟练使用光功率计、光衰减器、光谱仪、激光器、示波器、误码仪等测试设备； Familiar with optical test equipment, such as optical power meter, VOA, Spectrum analyzer, laser, scope, BERT, etc. • 至少掌握一种编程语言，具有光通信器件测试软件开发经验者优先； Familiar with one of programming language; experiences in optical communication component test software developing preferred; • 熟练使用excel、Matlab等数据处理软件； Familiar with excel, Matlab or other data analyzing software; • 要求有较强的沟通能力，团队合作精神，责任感和良好的执行力； Good at communication skill, team work, responsibility and power of execution; • 具备良好的英语读写能力； Good in verbal/written English skills. |
