| 职位描述: | • 与芯片设计/工艺工程师共同负责封装设计方案，对光芯片封装提供封装设计方案，封装技术以及成本分析；
Responsible for Optical module assembly solution, optical chip packaging solution, and assembly technique and cost analysis with chip design and process engineer. • 负责研发光组件的芯片级封装工艺和制造平台； Develop optical assemble process and manufacture platform for optical sub-assembly, • 负责建立工艺平台，起草工艺文件； Responsible for establishing production platform, drafting process document. • 负责原型机研发以及小批量生产； Responsible for research and development of prototype and small batch production. • 与可靠性工程师共同解决封装开发中芯片散热、串扰等问题，保证封装可靠性、可用性、可制造性； Solve the issue of chip heat dissipation in packaging development. Working with the reliability engineer, ensure packaging reliability and manufacturability. • 与机械工程师共同开发模块封装工艺中所需的工装夹具； Develop the fixture for assembly process with mechanical engineer. 岗位要求(Qualification)： • 微电子、光学、通信以及相关专业本科以上学历； Bachelor Degree or above in microelectronics, optical, optical communications or related. • 3年以上半导体芯片或光组件封装设计开发经验； Above 3 years in semiconductor chip packaging or optical module assembly. • 熟悉光组件封装设备、生产工艺，特别是高精度倒装贴片、wire bonder、reflow、及耦合对准台等设备和工艺； Be familiar with optical assembly equipment and process, especially high precision flip chip bonder, wire bonder, reflow, etc. • 熟悉光模块封装中所需的焊锡，胶等封装材料的性能和工艺； Be familiar with assembly material, e.g., glue, solder etc.. |
