| 职位描述: | RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To plan, execute, and finalize R&D projects with quality, within budget, and by defined deadlines. 2. Plan and Tasks distribution. Track/push/escalate. Adjust the project plan timely 3. Prepare the budget of capax and expense; 4. Support R&D engineer on material, equipment and samples building 5. Own project schedule and NPI samples delivery 6. Own the phase reiew to manager team, include collecting the information, preparing the slides, present and track the action items. 7. Own alpha/beta/production release; manage label, certification, and customer report 8. Coordinate with other sites and function teams QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Bachelor or above; Optical/electrical/electronic Engineering background preferred; 2. Understanding in IT industry; 3. Experienced in engineering project management; 4. Electrical/optical/testing/software engineering experiences are desired; 5. Good verbal/written English and communication skill. |
