| 职位描述: | Responsibilities: 1.To initiate & facilitate as well as drive various business problem-solving and process re-engineering projects in collaboration with clients. 2.Forming new or innovative designs in application field. The application to existing and potential users is critical activity. 3.Be involved in generating and managing leads on technical requirements from various sources and dealing with potential customers. 4.To support in customized product / equipment design & developments for customers, providing technical assistance for the same and doing requirements’ analysis. Requirements: 1.Be familiar with optical module, optical communication industry R & D or technical background is plus. 2.Good team communication and coordination. 3.Strong ownership, and work well under pressure. 4.At least three work experience in optical industry. |
