| 职位描述: | Roles & Responsibilities: 1.Build up and lead FAE team to responsible for the development and achievement of sales 2.Focusing on managing and developing customer demand, growing revenue 3.Finding product opportunity, working with product line to get the customer’s certification on new products. 4.Act as the key interface between the customers and all relevant divisions Three key selection criteria 1.Be familiar with optical module, optical communication industry R & D or technical background is plus. 2.Good team communication and coordination. 3.Strong ownership, and work well under pressure. Other Requirements 1.Bachelor’s degree or above. 2.At least 3 years experience of Sales background with optical communications industry. 3.Excellent insight for market analysis skills. 4.Well organized and detail oriented, easy going with good interpersonal skill and open mindset. 5.A clear, logic as well as a wholly thinker. 6.Fluent in spoken and written English. |
