| 职位描述: | Responsible for the design, development, verification, and documentation of tools to support production processes including Automatic Test Equipment (ATE), manufacturing data analysis and new assembly processes and tools.
Responsible for the production qualification of new designs, including beta line bring up, production transfer checklist completion, pilot run verification, translation and/or creation of documentation, and initial material coordination. Responsible for production support issues including failure analysis of new issues and design changes to testing/assembly to realize improvements in quality, test time, yields, or efficiency. This role writes ECNs of production processes, provides oversight of ECN implementation, and drives processes for maintaining product quality. A Masters or higher in electrical engineering and 4+ years of test system development or product development of optical components is preferred. The ability to manage complicated projects to completion is critical. The individual in this role must support product realization activities in Chengdu by working well with remote teams including design, ATE development, planning, etc. Good English communication skills are required. A Passport or Visa status which would allow for flexible travel to the US is strongly desired and travel to the US will be a requirement. |
