| 职位描述: | 1. Basic Function of the Job: Responsible for 980 Pump FTA level product, process development and improve, include developing new types FTA, set up FTA BoM, calculate Cost, draft PFMEA, Verification report, work instruction and some equipment introduce work etc., Yield analysis, problem-solving ability, quality improve ability etc., work with R&D team to lead some NPI project and execute some CPOR project. 2. Job Requirements: 1）Education: Bachelor or above from Optical, electrical, automation or related subjects 2）Experience: • 3+ years in optical telecom industry as a product Engineer, process, or R&D Engineer. At least one year working in a similar role. • Experience with design & develop new product and familiar with DFMEA, PFMEA, Agile, ME, PCAS and some design or process flow. • Experience with set up product BOM, Cost, deal with production problems ability. 3）Special Skills: Able to design various different fibers Lens under simulation result Able to develop, document and optimize processes to achieve the quality and cost targets Able to Implement and develop yield improvements and troubleshoot existing procedures where necessary. Able to set up & maintain quality and traceability data collection system. Good knowledge of proper ESD and EHS techniques and able to establish related guidelines Good Failure mode analysis skill and able to complete analysis in a timely manner Able to define project plans. Good training & communication skill Good command of speaking & written English |
