| 职位描述: | Responsibilities: 1.Responsible for the design of silicon-based optoelectronic electron device and design optimization; 2.Draft design documentation and filing management; 3.Setup testing platform, work with testing engineers to verify and complete testing method and data analysis; 4.Collaborate with optical engineers to complete optical packaged design; 5.Product verification and optimization; Qualification: 1.Master degree or above, major in optoelectronics, Optical related; 2.3 years or above related working experience; 3.Be familiar with optical testing equipment, the ability to setup testing environment independently; 4.Sufficient experience in optical device design is preferred, especially on tape out experience； 5.Be familiar with the technical process and design standardization based on CMOS’ silicon; 6.Be proficient in using Lumerical or other simulation software of guidewave optics; 7.Be familiar with silicon optical device, testing process and method of optical performance, experience on testing equipment and test principle; 8.Able to work under pressure, positive attitude; excellence on execution, a good team player; 9.Be professional, devoted, integrity and innovative; 10.Strong ability on communication and coordination; Welfare and Benefit: 1.
