| 职位描述: | Manager, NPD Sourcing/新项目采购开发经理 工作地点：广东珠海 英语：听说读写流利 REPORTS TO: Director of Sourcing SUPERVISES: Sourcing Engineers PRIMARY PURPOSE: Manage New Product Development (NPD) sourcing team and execute operations to support the global product development and ensure the success of projects from the Supply Chain Management perspective. Understand the needs of NPD projects and provide the support on the supplier identification and selection, material delivery and cost management, and supply chain risk management. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Lead NPD sourcing engineer team, and assign/allocate sourcing resources, to support the global development projects. 2. Lead vendor and component development / selection for new product development 3. Lead vendor assessment and auditing, scoring for new product 4. Lead to improve BOM cost to meet project target 5. Lead to manage/push /follow up materials delivery schedule to meet project requirement 6. Lead to manage/push/ follow up tooling development schedule to meet project requirement 7. Lead to make and execute vendor capacity ramp up plan to meet project requirement from NPI to mass production 8. Lead price negotiation for new product 9. Lead to improve supplier quality for new project SCOPE: Position to meet or exceed internal customer expectation. Support project and peers to success on new product development to goals on cost, delivery, capacity, quality, technical capability and lead time. EDUCATION: REQUIRED: Bachelor’s or master degree in engineering. PREFERRED: Optical communication or physics. WORK EXPERIENCE: REQUIRED: 8+ years’ experience in sourcing, engineering, marketing and/or Procurement. PREFERRED: Optical communication related fields. SKILLS & ABILITIES: REQUIRED: • Auditing • Negotiation • Engineering Process • Good Communication skill • Project management PREFERRED: Good at SAP, and OA/Agile system. |
